Hello, my name is Michelle Kendall and I’m the Nursery Manager here at Chapel House Day Nursery. I have worked in childcare for 10 years.

I have an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, a Level 3 Diploma in ‘Early Years’ and I’m currently studying for an NVQ Level 3 in Management.

In the past I’ve been a child-minder and a nanny but my real passion lies in nurseries, which is why I’ve been managing Chapel House for around 3 years now.

Childcare and practice have changed a lot over the last ten years, but thankfully what I believe in and strive to achieve have not! That’s why my team and I continue to provide an environment that allows children to grow, develop, explore and have fun - somewhere they feel safe, nurtured and loved. Consequently, we’re very proud of our nursery.

I have always loved working in childcare, and now have the real privilege of managing a wonderful and caring team here at Chapel House. We pride ourselves on the high standard of care that we offer, and commit fully to providing love and individual care to every child and their family who walks through our door.

As a parent myself, I know how important it is to find the right childcare for your child. Whether your child is three months old or three years old, our dedicated team will do their utmost to ensure that you and your child feel happy and safe, and give you the peace of mind and confidence that you have made the right choice in us.
